We also continued our popular Conversations series, which features interviews with RainFocus’ own thought leaders, and introduced a few of our own events.

How should all that content be personalized and curated?

Finally, our most read blog post of 2022 includes lessons and predictions shared by Doug Baird and JR Sherman during our INSIGHT 2022 conference. In this session recap, you’ll discover how customers’ expectations of events have changed and what it takes to keep up with the constant evolution of events. As event organizers begin bringing on more technology to meet this evolution, attendees may encounter a “clunky” customer experience if the right technology is not in place.
