Doug Baird

With 20+ years solving customer problems with technology, Doug went from programmer to founder and CEO at various small and large companies.

Today, Doug’s original technology vision remains the foundation for most current enterprise events programs, and he continues to share his knowledge and experience speaking at keynotes, round-tables, and frankly to anyone willing to reach beyond the status quo.

Named one of the top 25 most influential execs, with 20+ years of crushing it in service and SaaS businesses, JR is highly regarded for his expertise in SaaS, events, marketing and now experiential marketing. After leading companies such as Right Source, Active Network BSG, and Lanyon, he now turns his eye to deliver on the vision other organizations have been chasing for years…but never could deliver.

Our seasoned finance executive with 20+ years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial planning, Mike has become one of the most recognized and awarded CFOs in Utah.

He has earned his masters in accounting from Utah State University, is a Utah Jazz fan, has been honored with Winning Utah Business Magazine’s CFO of the year in 2010 and he now calls RainFocus home.

Brian brings over 20 years of profound leadership experience and has scaled teams to deliver notable customer programs in multiple high-growth, global SaaS environments.

With 20+ years of experience, Mike brings a passion for architecting solutions as well as a wealth of knowledge on distributed architecture, building-block components, and cloud computing.

This has allowed RainFocus to build a world-class SaaS with exceptional code that can handle the most complex events in the industry.

With 15+ years in the events industry, Travis’s compassion for others gives him great insights as he guides products and merges service and technology. A great strategist up for any puzzle, he equally likes to get his hands dirty —and we mean dirty since he can be found scanning badges at events. His passion for people and experiences has built bridges between customers and development allowing RainFocus to execute and build great software.

For 20+ years Brian has combined his passion for design, excellent customer experience, and marketing to help build proven technology companies. From forming his own company to guiding ones such as Infusionsoft and Canvas, he now brings his talents to help develop the next big thing, RainFocus.

Kevin O’Rourke
EVP, Global Sales and Partnerships
Kevin O’Rourke is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Industry Partnerships at RainFocus. His career spans 20 years of sales leadership starting with a 10 year run at EMC, now part of Dell Technologies. He later joined his long term customer, Active Network, as Vice President of business sales leading the integrated sales effort of Starcite’s meetings management business and the event management software practice. After the acquisition of Active Network and merger with Lanyon, Kevin assumed the role of Senior Vice President. Following Lanyon, O’Rourke spent 3 years as EVP of global sales for leading hotel booking software, SiteMinder. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Along with earning his degree, Kevin spent 5 years as an artillery officer in the U.S. Army.

Kory brings to RainFocus what everyone needs, a watchmaker. With 11+ years of experience of driving best practices and growth for innovative software companies, he brings a level of systems thinking that enables us to work smarter and faster.

Ashleigh is an accomplished marketing executive with deep experience in best practices and technologies for sales, marketing, and product. She is currently SVP of marketing at RainFocus and is driven by a passion for helping high-growth companies establish and scale marketing functions to deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with rapidly changing expectations and technology advancements.

Prior to RainFocus, Ashleigh led marketing teams spanning GTM strategy, demand generation, ABM, client marketing, and operations at SiriusDecisions and Forrester. Ashleigh holds a BSBA in marketing from the University of Richmond.
